Ingredients:

  • * 1 lb ribeye steak

  • * 2 tbs worcestershire

  • * 12 Brazi Bites (frozen Brazilian cheese bread)

  • * 1 medium onion

  • * 2 cups cilantro

  • * 1 cup parsley

  • * 4 tbs olive oil

  • * 1/4 cup mayo

  • * 1 clove of garlic

  • * juice of 1 lemon

  • * 2 tbs butter – softened

  • * Splash of rice vinegar

  • * Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Very thinly slice steak and marinate with worcestershire, salt and pepper for at least 1 hour or overnight.

  2. Bake Brazi Bites based on package instructions.

  3. In a food processor, create chimichurri by combining cilantro, parsley, 2 tbs olive oil, lemon juice, salt and rice vinegar. Pulse until smooth but a bit chunky. Combine chimichurri with mayo and set aside.

  4. Dice onion. Heat 1 tbs oil in pan and caramelize onion – transfer to bowl.

  5. About 5 mins before Brazi Bites are done baking, combine butter with pressed garlic clove.

  6. Remove Brazi Bites from oven and carefully cut in half like slider buns.

  7. Apply garlic butter onto the inside of Brazi Bite halves and toast on pan – set aside.

  8. Increase heat to high, add 1 tbs oil. Remove steak from juices and spread steak in an even layer in pan, let brown for a couple of minutes, then flip, season with salt and pepper, and finish browning / cooking steak.

  9. One steak is done cooking, stir in caramelized onions and remove from heat.

  10. Build sliders by spreading chimichurri on bottom bun, top with steak, cheese whiz, and top bun.
